By accessing or using Basedrop ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.
Use of the Platform
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Basedrop. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and account credentials. Basedrop is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
Token Launches and Transactions
- All token launches and transactions occur on public blockchains (Base, Solana)
- Transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain
- You are solely responsible for verifying transaction details before confirming
- Basedrop does not guarantee the value or performance of any tokens
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform, including music files, artwork, and metadata. By uploading content, you grant Basedrop a license to display and distribute your content in connection with the Platform's services.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Use the Platform for illegal activities
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. BASEDROP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
CRYPTOCURRENCY AND BLOCKCHAIN TRANSACTIONS INVOLVE SIGNIFICANT RISK. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THESE RISKS AND AGREE TO ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL TRANSACTIONS YOU INITIATE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BASEDROP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
